Is Defence an Offence?

Lets hear a parable of a pretty little Rose flower.

Once a man was staring at the beauty of a Rose flower.
He became jealous; then jumped and tried to snatch up the Rose.
When the thorn hit the man, the blood came out.
The man proclaimed: "Look everyone!
This rose is the terrorist!
Look at the blood coming out of my hand!
Lets remove this Rose & its family!"

Alas!, those stupid audience listen to him & the rose dies.
So Sad!

Is Defence an Offence?

So peace be upon those: unjustly caught as prisoners.
Peace be upon those: who have been tortured without any crime of them.

Without Justice, the Order has no values.

Without Discipline, there is Chaos.

Without the Trust of the Court (government), people mistrust each other.

What kind of place would it be like?

Should we behave in the manner of those people who attack on other people just on the 'basis' of 'assumptions'? They also hurt those who have nothing to do with it (innocent civilians).
